Flat 4 is a self contained single dwelling located on the ground floor of Belgravia House in the Belgravia Conservation Area.
The works involved the extension of the flat towards its roof terrace, creating an additional bedroom with ensuite shower room and a conservatory which has a fully opening roof light.
